She’s doing great with tummy time; keeping her head up for long periods of time and turning it side to side. She’s not crying every time we do it either.
In her cute overalls:
She is fascinated by her mobile (four knit looking turtles turning very slowly).
My my Mom’s Group meeting was today. It was close by so I walked. It was very windy and then hot. We decided to dress up all the little ones in their costumes.
In her Halloween costume “Arctic Explorer”:
First, we are not taking her trick-or-treating because we need to keep her away from large groups of people we don’t know. Second, we are too lazy and cheap to buy a costume. When I was little, we just made costumes out of whatever we had at home. My brother was a ghost once and he literally used a sheet with eye holes. As a pirate, he wore cut off shorts and rubber rain boots with one of my mom’s scarves. I was a witch and also wore some black clothes that were my mom’s. She put black lipstick on me.
This is really a fleecy winter one piece with a hood that has ears on it. I bought it online from Old Navy when they were having a sale. It’s not only huge, it doubt it will ever get cold enough to wear around here. The glasses are her Julbos so she doesn’t get snow blindness.
